About Deidre Sirianni

I found yoga back in 2008 when I had little to no balance in my life. I was a full time University student and working as much as possible in radio. In 2011 I left Calgary for Vancouver and soon after, decided to change careers and become a full time yoga instructor.

During my first year of teaching I found that the people who needed yoga the most were unable to attend regular classes due to busy schedules.

I started Yoga Rush so busy professionals would have access to quality health and wellness programs in the work place.

A little bit more about me:

I like to bring my sense of humor, creativity, and positive energy to the companies we work with. When I’m not teaching you can find me hitting up dance classes, running, walking my dog Storm, or planning my next adventure with YOLO Retreats.
